Capture the imagination with a stroll back into a simpler time. We start your two plantation tour off at the Laura Plantation, which is a sugar cane plantation over 200 years old. Laura is named after one of the four women who ran the plantation, and the tour is based off of her stories. Then we head to Oak Alley Plantation where the present mansion was built in 1839 but the 28 oak trees that frame the house were planted in the 1700's by an unknown French settler.
